Full-time for a 12 month contract period
Salary ¥2.6M - 3.0M per annum based on target earnings (a bonus system is in place and remuneration can be increased through exceptional results)
Native English required, Japanese not necessary
Hokkaido Tracks Management is the premier property management company in Niseko-Hirafu with nearly 100 condominiums and houses in the central village under management. Niseko-Hirafu is a rapidly growing international ski resort as a result of its reliable powder snow, Japanese food and cultural experiences. Summer is also busy with guests from Japan and Asia looking for a break from the heat and crowds of Tokyo, Hong Kong, Taipei etc.
Responsibilities:
To work as part of a small sales team converting phone and e-mail enquiries into bookings.
To actively support marketing campaigns by converting leads and opportunities into bookings
To ensure that individual performance contributes to weekly sales team targets
The successful applicant will need:
* Excellent written and spoken English skills
* Ability to meet targets within specific timescales
* Ability to retain clear focus on goal
* Ability to take responsibility for outcomes
* Ability to sell holiday accommodation to enquiring customers
* Ability to use and follow systems and procedures including accuracy of detail
* Ability to use computer systems
* An interest in working in Northern Japan in a busy bilingual office

22 Days of paid leave per annum (including public holidays)
